  • P.F. Changs Double Pan-Fried Noodles Combo – 1820 calories, 84 grams of fat, a heart-stopping 7692 mg of sodium
  • Friendly’s Ultimate Grilled Cheese Burger Melt – 1500 calories, 97 grams of fat, 2090 mg of sodium
  • Basken-Robbins Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Shake – 1690 calories, 72 grams of fat, 710 mg of sodium
  • Cheesecake Factory Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake – 1670 calories, fat content not available, 879 mg of sodium

(Note – people 40 and older should limit their sodium to under 1500 mg per day.)
